Metal is a photostudio located on the IJzerlaan (Metal-lane) in Antwerp. We crafted a custom mono typeface called Metal Mono, which can be found as the main identifier throughout the branding. It's inspired by phototypesetting — a technique in which subtle weight inconsistencies are the result of the over- or under exposing of the film or paper.
